【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardgivesguidanceonthegeneralprocedurestobefollowedinthesamplingandpreparationforanalysisofwoodpreservativesandpreservative-treatedtimber.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletotheprovisionofappropriatesamplesforanalysiswhichcanbeusedtocheckthecontentofactiveandotheringredientsinpreservativeformulations,andthecontentofactiveandotheringredientsofwoodpreservativesintreatedtimber,eitherbefore,duringoraftertheservicelifeofthetimber.NOTE1Methodsofsamplingcreosoteandcreosote-treatedtimberaredescribedinEN1014-1,1014-2andEN12490.ThesearetobeusedinpreferencetotherecommendationsinthisEuropeanStandard.NOTE2Noattempthasbeenmadeinthisdocumenttolaydowndetailedprocedurestobeadoptedforcontrolpurposesatmanufacturingplantswherelargevolumesofpreservativesaretobesampled.Nordoesitattempttoestablishproceduresforcheckingthecomplianceofbatchesoftreatedtimberwithspecificationsdemandingadefinedleveloftreatment(see6.2).

【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationdefinestherulesapplicablefortheauditandcertificationofafoodsafetymanagementsystem(FSMS)complyingwiththerequirementsgiveninISO22000(orothersetsofspecifiedFSMSrequirements),andprovidesthenecessaryinformationandconfidencetocustomersaboutthewaycertificationoftheirsuppliershasbeengranted.CertificationofFSMSs(named“certification”inthisTechnicalSpecification)isathird-partyconformityassessmentactivity(seeISO/IEC17000:2004,5.5).Bodiesperformingthisactivityarethereforethird-partyconformityassessmentbodies(named“certificationbody/bodies”inthisTechnicalSpecification).NOTE1CertificationofanFSMSissometimesalsocalled“registration”,andcertificationbodiesaresometimescalled“registrars”.NOTE2Acertificationbodycanbenon-governmentalorgovernmental(withorwithoutregulatoryauthority).NOTE3ThisTechnicalSpecificationisprimarilyintendedtobeusedasacriteriadocumentfortheaccreditationorpeerassessmentofcertificationbodieswhichseektoberecognizedasbeingcompetenttocertifythatanFSMScomplieswithISO22000.ItisalsointendedtobeusedasacriteriadocumentbyregulatoryauthoritiesandindustryconsortiawhichengageindirectrecognitionofcertificationbodiestocertifythatanFSMScomplieswithISO22000.Someofitsrequirementscouldalsobefoundusefulbyanyotherpartiesinvolvedintheconformityassessmentofsuchcertificationbodies,andintheconformityassessmentofanybodiesthatundertaketocertifythecomplianceofFSMSswithcriteriaadditionaltoorotherthanthoseinISO22000.FSMScertificationdoesnotattesttothesafetyorfitnessoftheproductsofanorganizationwithinthefoodchain.However,ISO22000requiresanorganizationtomeetallapplicablefood-safety-relatedstatutoryandregulatoryrequirementsthroughitsmanagementsystem.ItisimportanttonotethatcertificationofanFSMSaccordingtoISO22000isamanagementsystemcertificationandnotaproductcertification.OtherFSMSuserscanusetheconceptsandrequirementsofthisTechnicalSpecificationprovidedthattherequirementsareadaptedasnecessary.
